Breakdown

This article is going to get huge by the time the series finishes, and i think we should be going into far more detail since we're all big lost fans.

Therefore i suggest breaking each episode into one episode articles and use the season page to act as an easy navigation location, with brief episode summaries in them. That way other articles can reference the episodes directly and all trivia and episode specific discussions can be contained. --Arcon 04:28, 24 November 2005 (PST)

Great idea, Arcon! Yesterday, I tried to edit something and above the editing window got a message to the effect that the "wiki" thinks that this article is already too long... --BrianSTL 10:01, 29 November 2005 (PST)

Falling behind

Wikipedia's ahead of you on the synopsis releases. They've already got "One of Them" slated to air on the 15th. I would add it, but the page is being refactored. (Which I would love to help with, but guess I can't since it's locked) Thunderbird L19 17:00, 4 February 2006 (PST)

Upcoming episodes

I added two unconfirmed spoilers and now we're two episodes ahead of Wikipedia :-) BTW: Take a look at this page. Easy access to some forum threads containing spoilers for unannounced episodes. --Jambalaya 15:01, 11 February 2006 (PST)

Hi guys, this is just a quick question-what are the plans after this season? Has 3 been filmed yet? Is there enough material for 4? Thanks!-Nick

Duplicate Efforts

Looks like there is duplicate (but different) storyline info on this page and some of the individual episode pages - has there been a decision on what should go where? -- «««Joseph»»» 11:30, 28 February 2006 (PST)

I think that this article should simply be a ssummary of the season' episodes. Each episode listed should only have a link to its respective page in this article. That way we won't have the redundant episode summaries. My 5 cents. --Jambalaya 12:38, 28 February 2006 (PST)

Lockdown

What evidence is there to suggest that the flashback will be Locke? I think it will be Hurley, given the following:
1. It will have a Latino priest in it, and Hurley and Ana-Lucia are the only Latino characters.
2. We know that Hurley was in a mental hospital, and the title Lockdown could easily refer to a mental hospital, as many patients are kept in Lockdown.
Has there been any rumor, or is there anything at all out there other than the title suggesting that the flashback is Locke? I don't want to force my opinion or anything, but since I haven't seen anything at all about ot being Locke, I think the page should say Hurley unless someone has another reason why it shouldn't be. There's no hard evidence pointing to Locke (just a fair guess based on the episode's name), but Jorge Garcia himself has confirmed that his character will not have a flashback in this episode The Fuselage thread Also, he mentions Locke as a possible flashback character. --Jambalaya 12:47, 28 February 2006 (PST)

ABC Medianet photos for this episode show the flashback is Locke attending a funeral. Source

Either - Or - ...

This article is a mess - some of the episode have a long desription, some a short. Wouldn't it be better to keep it short and move the long desriptions to the articles for each of the episodes? (Or delete them if they are doubles)

Also - is Maternity Leave really the only episode with flashbacks on the island? I am not sure about this, especially regarding the tailies... --aurora glacialis 13:48, 3 March 2006 (PST)

As I've written before, I think that we should keep the length of this article as short as possible to ease navigation.

You're right! I didn't think of that, it's like my brain haven't accepted the tailies as part of "our" characters in the show :-p --Jambalaya 14:06, 3 March 2006 (PST)

Well, one could argue that the entire episode of "The Other 48 Days" is one long flashback but other than that yes, Claire's is the first on island flashback Tricksterson

Shorter Episode Summaries On This Page

I replaced several of the long synopsis on this page with the short summary from their episode press releases on ABC MediaNet. The longer versions are still on the individual "Main" articles for the episodes. It seemed redundant to have such long descriptions on the season 2 page when they are duplicated on the main page for each episode.
